Learn the crochet basketweave with this fun dishcloth. Then use the stitch again on the bread basket liner.
The crochet basketweave stitch is made by crocheting around the post of a stitch instead of the top two loops. The pattern will tell you when to crochet around the front post or the back post to create the basketweave pattern.
The bread basket liner is perfect for keeping your buns warm. And by buns I mean dinner rolls. What did you think I meant? The base is made using the basketweave stitch. The four side panels are made with a v-stitch and fold up and over a basket full of bread and will fit in a round or square dish.
